Spring into Action with iLiveFit

We’ll see you at the first annual Have a Heart and Spring into Action Gala

Proud Supporter of the iLiveFit Foundation

I’m proud to announce Flow Athletic’s new partnership with the iLiveFit Foundation. In fact, we’ll be at this Thursday’s Spring into Action Gala.

To raise some money for the charity, I’ll be raffling off one-on-one mental and physical training sessions with yours truly. We’ll be revealing the specifics at the gala, but the training will consist of at least 1 hour mental-success coaching session and a 1 hour wrestling or physical fitness coaching session. All proceeds from this raffle will go to the iLive Fit Foundation.

We’ll also be selling Flow, with 50% of proceeds going to the Foundation.

About iLiveFit

I like to think of iLiveFit as the Fitness Charity. Their mission is to provide fitness classes, health information and wellness to “at need” populations, with a focus primarily on underprivileged children, low-income adults and the mentally disabled.

Here’s a story about just one client trained through the foundation:

Only recently established, the iLiveFit Foundation has already put into place three exceptional programs that are bettering the health of our communities:

The Louise Ann Swift Transplant (LAST) chance weight loss program is for individuals who need to improve their health in order to meet medical criteria for organ donation.

The Catcher in the Rye program will focus on educating children between the ages of 7 to 10 years of age about nutrition and fitness.

The Wildcat Wrestling Club believes that wrestling should not be an exclusionary sport, which is why through operations of the foundation, charity events, and fundraisers, we strive to cover the necessary costs for people who are unable to pay for youth wrestling.

Hope to see you all there!
